Are these holes suppose to be blocked off like I have them or connected like on the newer gm engines? I believe they are either for an oil cooler or to provide oil to turbos. When I'm priming my oil pump I'm getting very little oil to the rockers, it's only coming out of a few push rods. Checked all rockers and push rods and they are all clear. I'm using an old distributor that I took the cam gear off of and attached a socket to the top to put a drill on. Engine had a complete rebuild and has not been fired yet.
Gen IV oil passages above filter?
