Ok, is there a good way to line up the Tension pulleys, the stering quadrant, and the change of direction pulley? I am having a tough time getting these lined up. I was finally able to get my my steering cables tight (THANKS MAXIMUS) and now the cable is eating the pulleys at the transom. There are metal shavings just from turning the wheel slightly. We made some angle changes (thanks Scott) and it is better but it is still making noise and is tough to turn. Any help would be appreciated.
