[Question] Bottom blue print and pump setup within 350 miles of Ithaca NY.

I have a 1991 Kachina 18.5 jet boat with a Dominator 12s pump. I am have a water leak around where the pump intake meets the hull, I have already removed the pump from the hull but the intake is still in the hull. I would like to have this fixed and while the intake is out of the boat have the bottom checked, it would porpoise hard at high speeds on flat water. The pump works fine but at high speeds I can't keep a fresh supply of water to it and pull slacks off. The engine is already out on the stand and the interior is out also, I am looking for someone within 350 miles of Ithaca NY. who is reputable to do this. Does anyone have any recommendations?
