A Federal Judge in Texas has taken the first step towards smacking down obama's am-nasty executive order.. There is now a temporary order preventing the order from taking effect until it is reviewed by the court during the 26 state civil suit that can now go forward... I saw Holder on CSPAN and when he was asked about this ruling he didn't say the EO would fly, in fact he was very subdued with his answer, almost like he knew the EO was unconstitutional from the beginning... It looks like the skinny little prick that throws like a girl is about to experience another Federal Court "smackdown"....
