Power Cat..... One or two jets

Brand new to Performance Boats. Looking at building a power cat. Just gathering info. Maybe 7.5' beam and 22' loa. Give or take. Want it to bank somewhat in turns so thinking of asymmetrical hulls similar to a Skater design. Had two Honda jet skis and put a Subaru SVX motor and Mercruiser 1 outdrive in a 1958 Glastron Fireflite (been running it for 9 years ) so have some experience with crazy ideas. Possible power would be a SBC turning a Berkeley jet in a center pod or possibly belt drive two PWC jets, one in each cat sponson. Another possibility would be to put a Jetski powertrain in each sponson. Performance comparisons for one big jet vs two smaller jets???? That's enough explanation for my first post. I'll take any jet experience and knowledge you can give me. Thanks!!
