So, it's been brought up over the years, but not really addressed to my satisfaction (that I recall).
What is it in an engine build, other than powerband specific details, that make or break a marine engine in long duration WOT operation? Why is a drag engine not gonna run laps? What are we worried about breaking, what changes solve it, and why not make those changes the norm?
