Ford 351W Stroker 408 engine

Ford 351w Engine that's been stroked to a 408.. this is no run of the mill stroker engine this is a Built engine that should be around the 500HP range.. All machine work has been done.. the heads are dart with 2.05 intakes and 1.60 exhaust Stainless steel valves titanium retainers and Comp Camps roller rockers.. Hydraulic roller cam (I will get the cam card unsure of right now).. Nodular iron Stroker crank and H-beam rods.. Gear drive timing.. fluid damper (not a cheap one) comes with Auto Flexplate and Balanced ..Heads are studded and Crank Mains are studded with ARP bolts.. this engine is Brand new never ran.. there was A LOT Invested in this engine.. im asking about 1/2 of what it cost to build.. Oh yeah the heads are Ported and polished .. friend from Missouri Built the engine who owns a Machine shop.. guy who ordered engine never finished paying for it so I ended up getting it from him... looking to sell for 5,000.00 ..
