BBC casting # 10069286 or 14015445 which is better.

I have been helping my local machine shop with some of the engine builds he can't get time for and was helping the owner move some inventory to a different location and found he has a 10069286 4 bolt block, standard bore with fresh line bore on the mains. $500.00. He also has a 14015445 4 bolt block standard bore. $400.00. I would be buying for a 4.25 stroke engine in the future that I want to build, pump gas or maybe 12-1 around 750 HP. So is one block better than the other, Anything to look out for with these blocks.
