High Performance Inboard Marine Technician
Hours: Full Time 45-50 Hours/Week
Requirements: Direct experience in the high performance marine environment not required, but applicants should have the necessary mechanical background and ability to learn and apply advanced service, diagnostic, and specific technical procedures upon start of employment. Certifications or Degrees pertinent to high performance marine installations recommended. Personal tools required.
Responsibilities: Technicians will be responsible for tasks involving all aspects of high performance powerboat maintenance and upgrades, including: service and diagnostics of all systems, engine removal and installation, engine disassembly and parts evaluation, stern drive and gimbal maintenance and overhaul, custom rigging of water, fuel, electrical, and engine support systems.
Advancement: Applicants should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment where a positive attitude and a desire to improve ones abilities, skills, and knowledge on a day to day basis will bring them success.
