[Question] Rudder question

Whats the options for new rudders? Im doing a full restore using all of D21's hardware(still have to order the billet quadrant). Or what type of coating/paint etc to refurb the old one.



Also I'll be building a new turn fin, mine's all pitted up. Whats the best material?
