Corn Island Hotboat Expo 2015

This event is a great time. Show and shine, free grudge drag racing on a buoyed, protected 800 foot course, and numerous HotBoat trophies given out. For those who are new to this, Marble Lake is just south of Quincy MI. Corn Island is a privately-owned spot with a big, sandy sandbar. Unlike Gun Lake, the island owner (dale) actually likes visitors! He built bathroom buildings with flushing toilets, a petting zoo for the kids, and a floating pavilion for local bands to perform. Hot Boat Expo runs from noon to 6pm on July 11th of this year. This event is WELL-worth attending.
