lightning headers, stainless marine manifolds or cmi headers

I've got stainless marine gen 2 manifolds for my 96 daytona at the moment. I know the cmi headers will fit but have read that the lightning headers can be a problem to get to fit in this boat. Any thoughts from those that have dealt with this first hand?
