I just found out I need a new motor for my 28' Silhouette deck boat. I'm looking for some advice on getting one and what else it may take to get top performance out of it. It had a Mercruiser 502 with a Bravo One outdrive. I would like to upgrade to at least 800 horsepower to get more power or I'm considering adding a blower. I know I will have to change to hydraulic steering and probably a closed cooling system but just wanted to see if any one has any other suggestions or knowledge they can share with me so I know I've got all bases covered. Thanks
