New interior - Thoughts on who to work with in OC

I have read quite a few post on here about different shops to work with. A post in the "how to section" has the same hull as me and has done basically what i am trying to do (See link below). I have talked to A-1 in Fullerton, Martinez marine in corona, and west coast marine. I am getting a very big range in the quotes (i know you get what you pay for) but wanted to get other people opinions on what direction i should head. The gap in price is about $2k. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks
