Selling our River trailer at Fishers landing on the Colorado River. Its located right next to the launch ramp, store and bar. In an area called fishers camp. Trailer also has a 24' x 24' fully enclosed and concrete anchored awning with a new tarp and shade cloths around the entire awning.



26' Trailer is very clean inside (no smoke or pet odors) and has a rear private bedroom with a Dreamfoam queen mattress. Front kitchen, with dinette and sofa (both turn into beds). Microwave, 4 burner stove with oven and dual sink.Has a fridge (needs new cooling unit).

Plenty of storage as well.



Roof a/c with ducting and also a large window a/c in the rear room

Trailer gets extra cold. Also has a stereo with weatherproof outdoor speakers and new interior speakers.



Great neighbors and lots of friends, we bought the spot 5 years ago and are only selling because we are trading up. Trailer has been there for many years and is well sorted, clean and ready to enjoy.
